Refunds and Returns
Refund for a faulty item
Hello Bunny sells preloved items, so a normal amount of wear and tear should be expected and items will not always be in an “as new” condition. Please read all our product descriptions on the website carefully.
Items are described as accurately as possible, however we may on occasion accidentally miss flaws. You are entitled to return an item for a refund if the item you receive has a significant defect or flaw or is not as described on the Hello Bunny website.
In order to assess a potential defect, we may request that you photograph and/or return the item to us. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of their delivery or collection from the Hello Bunny store.
No refunds will be given if any item has been misused or damaged by fault of the buyer.
We do not refund delivery fees or pay for the postage of items you wish to return. Return shipping will be for the buyer’s account.
Refunds will be processed via the same method used to pay or you can choose to receive a store credit in the form of a Gift Card.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to act in good faith to achieve a prompt and amicable resolution.
Return or exchange
If you have changed your mind, or an item of clothing does not fit, we do offer an exchange or a store credit in the form of a Gift Card which can be redeemed for a different product of the same value.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days of their delivery or collection from the Hello Bunny store, with our tags still attached and in the same condition that it was supplied to you.
We do not pay for the postage of items you wish to return or exchange. Return shipping will be for the buyer’s account.
If you would like to return or exchange any items or receive a refund for a faulty item, please email hello@hellobunny.co.za within 48 hours of receipt quoting your order number and we will try our best to resolve any issue in a courteous and timely manner.
