The purpose of this Privacy Policy document is intended to help our Hello Bunny customers understand how we collect and use the personal information provided to us and how it is protected in order to comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPI Act”).

Should you decide to register as a user on the Hello Bunny website, you will be required to create a user name and password. You will also need to provide the following personal information which includes but is not limited to:

- Your mobile number.
- Your email address.
- Your billing and physical address.

Donating or selling to Hello Bunny is done by appointment only at the Hello Bunny store in New Redruth, Alberton and is super simple to do.

We further protect your information from potential security breaches by implementing certain technological security measures. However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software
By accessing and using the Hello Bunny website, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.
We may provide links to other websites or applications that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those websites or the information or content they contain. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us through the Hello Bunny website.
Hello Bunny reasonably undertakes to protect your rights to privacy but we cannot guarantee or accept any liability whatsoever for unauthorised or unlawful third party disclosure of your personal information while it is in our procession, unless such disclosure is as a result of our gross negligence.
