Yes, you can trust Hello Bunny.  At Hello Bunny you can be rest assured that you are buying quality items.  Each item is hand selected with love and care and every effort is made to note size and fit and to describe any faults.  All preloved items that are sold here are in a good, clean and ready-to-use condition, with the majority having a condition rating of new to good.  Any items which do not meet our standards will not be listed on our website.

Please read all our product descriptions carefully.  We sell preloved items, so a normal amount of wear and tear should be expected.  Items will not always be in an “as new” condition.

Yes, we do.  Every single item we sell is thoroughly checked.  We wash, clean and sanitise any item that is not in a perfectly clean condition before we list it on the website.

We never throw anything away.  Items that do not meet our standards are either recycled, passed onto a local charity or end up in our in store R5.00 bargain burrow baskets.  These items may not be perfect but still have plenty of use left.

We regularly update the website with new items, so it is worth checking back here frequently.  We always try to have stock of clothing in each age range at all times.  At Hello Bunny you can either buy online or in store.

You can search for clothing sizes using our size filter in the right hand navigation pane.

We list all items according to the sizing on the original manufacturer’s label.  Given that each brand labels and sizes clothing differently, there may be variations in sizing from brand to brand.  Where possible, every effort is made to note size and fit.  

We do our best to research prices for specific or similar items in order to arrive at a suitable and affordable sale price, taking into account the age, condition, brand, seasonality and style of the item.

Items offered at Hello Bunny are preloved unless otherwise noted and you can pay as little as R5.00 an item to upwards of R200.00+ depending on the factors mentioned.

Any items in your shopping cart are reserved for up to an hour after which they will become available to other customers if payment has not been received.

Payment is required on completion of your online order and will be processed via our website payment options.

Hello Bunny Gift Cards

Gift Cards issued through our website can be used for full or part payment of your online order.  Simply enter your unique Gift Card number into the coupon code field when checking out and placing your order.

If a purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.

Hello Bunny Gift Cards can be used to purchase any items available on the website and in store.

Gift Cards can be used for full or part payment of your online or in store purchases.  Purchases will be deducted from the Gift Card balance until the value reaches zero.

If a purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.

All Gift Cards expire one (1) year from the date of purchase, are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or change.

Items purchased with a Gift Card cannot be returned for a cash refund.

Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.

You will be notified via email within moments of your order placement as well as confirmation once your order has been finalised. 

If you chose the courier shipping or Pudo locker option, a tracking number will be sent to you via email when the item(s) are dispatched.

Pick up in store

The collection point is at the Hello Bunny store in New Redruth, Alberton during trading hours.

Collection needs to be arranged prior to pick up.  Once your order has been processed you will be contacted with collection instructions.

Send your own courier

Customer to arrange for self-appointed courier company to collect order from the Hello Bunny store in New Redruth, Alberton during trading hours.

Door-to-door courier

We charge a flat shipping rate of R135.00 nationwide within South Africa only.  Delivery can take up to 2-5 working days to deliver.

Pudo locker-to-locker

Pudo is a smart locker delivery system.  You can use Pudo to send items as long as it weighs under 20kgs and fits into the locker.

We charge a flat locker-to-locker rate of R90.00 nationwide within South Africa only.  Transit time is estimated between 1-4 business days.

We will process and despatch your order within 1-2 working days.

We aim to process and despatch your order within the time period noted, however from time to time, delays may occur that are beyond our control.

We will deliver your order to the address or Pudo locker location provided at checkout.  It is your responsibility to check that the delivery details provided are complete and correct.

All risk will pass to the buyer upon order collection or delivery.  Hello Bunny will not be liable for loss or destruction of any item(s).

Yes, free in store pick up is available.  You can collect your order at the Hello Bunny store in New Redruth, Alberton during trading hours.

If an order has already been fulfilled, we may not be able to cancel it.  In this case, please refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy.

Yes, we do.  From time to time we are offered donations of children’s items from families that want their goodies to go to a good home.  We are always extremely grateful to receive these donations.
